“Cara helps us to strengthen our physical and mental flexibility with a selection of yoga and mindfulness practices that are attuned to our needs. She makes these practices relatable (and achievable) for kids and adults alike, and the noticeable progress we have made together inspires us to continue with these practices at home. "  Shannon (Parent -Home Learning Student)

"Cara’s class is a very good balance of strength and stretch, with enough “workout” and rest . Cara immediately made me feel at ease with her quiet calm nature and her exceptional verbal queuing. I have discovered that regular yoga practice helps me deal with the stresses of day to day challenges much better."
