Preschool, Kindergarten to Grade 12 Interactive/ Live Sessions

Yoga & Mindfulness Sessions

(35 Minute, 45 Minute and 60 Minute Sessions Available)

Cara will lead a session where we will explore breath work, yoga poses, mindfulness techniques, and develop compassion practices that can be used in daily life. It is a safe, welcoming and open environment inclusive to all learners.
